Baker is one of the eight available jobs on Vulengate. It focuses around crafting, cooking, and eating food.
Baker is the newest job available on Vulengate, having been introduced on September 20th, 2024. Similar to jobs like Miner and Woodcutter, it is an easily accessible job for new players, and continues to be profitable long-term.
Players who reach level 200 in the Baker job are given a commemorative [Baker] Tag for the accomplishment.
Players who reach level 300 in the Baker job are given a commemorative joinleave here Join/Leave Voucher for the accomplishment.
All job information is shown at level 1. The increase of income is by 1% of the base income every level, until level 200.

The best tool for this job, is not in fact a tool, but more a Crafting Table or Smoker. The Baker job relies purely on the crafting or smelting of food, this includes stews, soups, meat, fish and golden apples!
If you don't already, I would recommend having an auto-smelter for both furnances and smokers. If you set it up to that you have 'claimed' then through /jobs, you will earn money while the furnaces are in your loaded chunks whilst cooking raw food. If you make it automatic with hoppers it will continue until you run out of fuel/materials.
If you have the resources to create an auto smelter with smokers, but make it where mob spawners continue to add raw food, you will only have to replace the fuel! Just simply make a kill chamber above your smelter setup and you can have an infinite input of raw food. The best spawners to use are Cow, Pig, Chicken or Sheep as these are easily obtained through the Wild Crate! You can even go as far as to including an auto input into the fuel area if you make bamboo farms too!
If you have the resources to create Rabbit Stews, Mushroom Stews or Suspicious Stews. Then you have the ingredients to some of the best paying items under the Baker job. Grinding the ingredients and saving up a load of shulkers will set you up nicely if there is ever a boost to continuously create the stews. I would recommend having a specific area for this, including a crafting table, lava pool and shulkers with all the ingredients. This way you do not need to waste time moving when creating the stews!
Crafting Golden Apples is another quick way of making a decent amount of money through this job, however this does mean using a large amount of Gold and Apples which can be harder to obtain.
Eating Enchanted Golden Apples is also a very effective way of grinding the Baker Job, this is one of the highest paying ways of earning through this job. However, obtaining these items can be a hard job. A lot of players have buy shops for them, or they go grinding for ancient cities, hoping to gain the goods!
